 Here I will share some fun activities and stories for the kids.

 

This is a full bodied guided meditation called 'Lemon Squeezies'. It will guide you on a journey using your imagination. It will teach you how to really feel your body and to calm it at the same time. When you can learn to calm your mind and manage your breathing, you will be able to take back control over the feelings of worry and anxiety. 

The original creator of 'Lemon Squeezies' is unknown. 

 

Now we have stretched our bodies from the tips of our toes to the top of our heads.

Ask someone if they could print this blank puzzle for you. On the blank puzzle, I want you to draw a picture of a lemon, a turtle, a kitten, elephant, mud puddle and a fly. Make sure you draw them across the puzzle pieces like in the example. Then when it is apart, it won't be quite so easy to put together.
